Omnipork食譜:《意式蕃茄焗素肉丸 》

 素食愈來愈普,除了健康外亦有助環保??
近年素肉越來越多選擇,這道素肉丸配上新鮮蕃茄醬,再加入新鮮羅勒,味道份外清新呢!
✳️食材 | Ingredient: ( 2-3 pax Cooking Time: 25 mins)
新豬肉 |Omnipork 200g
麵包糠 | Breadcrumbs 10g
素芝士碎| Shredded Vegan Cheese 30g
❇️醃料 Marinate :
洋蔥 | Onion 1/4 pc (切碎)
豉油 “ Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
糖 | Sugar 1 tsp
鹽 | Salt ½ tsp
黑椒 | Pepper ½ tsp
百里香 | Thyme 1sp
?番茄醬 | Tomato Sauce:
蕃茄 | tomato 1 pc
蒜蓉 | Minced Garlic 2 tsp
茄膏 | Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
水 | Water 80ml
新鮮羅勒/ 乾羅勒| Basil 1-2 tsp
月桂葉 | Bay Leave 1 pc
糖 | sugar 1 tsp
鹽、黑胡椒| Salt & Pepper To Taste
▶️做法:
1. 將蕃茄和洋蔥切粒。
Dice tomato and onion.
2. 新豬肉加入麵包糠和素芝士拌勻。
Combine Omnipork, breadcrumbs and cheese.
3.加入醃料朝同一方向攪拌均勻至肉丸有黏性。醃 10分鐘備用。
Stir in the marinate in one direction until sticky. Marinate for 10 minutes.
4.用湯匙取出肉丸,用手搓圓。放入已加少許油的焗盤。
Shape the mixture into round meatballs, place on a greased baking tray.
5.焗爐預熱200C,放入肉丸,焗10分鐘
Bake plant-based meatball in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 200C.
6.預備醬汁: 中火燒熱鑊下油爆香蒜蓉,下番茄粒、水、茄膏、百里香和月桂葉煮至收汁後,下糖、鹽和黑椒調味。
Prepare the Sauce: Heat a saucepan with oil over medium heat, add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes, water, tomato paste, thyme and bay leaf, cook until thicken. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper.
7.將蕃茄汁淋上肉丸。
Pour the tomato sauce over the vegan meatballs.
8.灑上切碎的羅勒即可。
Sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top, serve hot.
‼️Tips: 可預先將搓好的肉丸(未煮熟的)和煮好的醬汁分小份後放入冰格,烹煮前從冰格取出解凍30分鐘後放人焗爐,減少預備和烹煮時間。
You can make (uncooked) meatballs and tomato sauce ahead of time and store in the freezer. Defrost them 30 minutes before cooking, which could save the preparation and cooking time.
