- Have you ever tried to make mooncake in your office with your colleagues? Our cooking tutor could come to your office and teach you how to make a snow skin mooncake.

- Our experienced cooking instructor will demonstrate and teach the technique of making two mooncake filling and how to make the snowskin mooncake

- a very nice mooncake box will be provide . You could share your delicious mooncakes with your friends and family.

- Our tutor will prepare the snow skin in advance as it takes time to prepare and part of the filling might prepare in advance.

Our team building cookery events are the best way for people to strengthen their understanding and bonding to their co-workers. We will divide into different tasks and cooking challenge in our cookery event, to improve the teamwork, communication and most importantly, enjoy the time with the teammates.

Course Information:

-Our Tutor will demonstrate and teach the technique of making snowskin mooncake and how to make Japanese Wagashi mooncake without mooncake mold.

-As the mung beans filling need time to prepare, our chef will be prepared in advance.

-Students could bring total 6 pieces mooncakes (45g/each). We will prepare a very nice mooncake box. You could share your delicious mooncakes with your friends and family.

- 💢We could arrange our cooking instructors go to your office/school / private venue to host the class.
- 10 persons or more could arrange private class , can choose a preferred date and time.
