?Miso Grilled Eggplant
好多朋友買咗Celia嘅 #日式芝麻麵豉醬醬 都想知道不同煮法。?
用呢個醬整茄子?田樂燒,充滿芝麻香味,入口味道濃香, 焗完的茄子肉口感柔軟?而且帶點迷人焦香。
是一道 零失敗的日式居酒屋料理。?
份量: 3-4人 (需時 : 20分鐘)
材料:
茄子 2條
橄欖油 1湯匙
芝麻 適量
蔥花適量
調味料:
二澳日式芝麻麵豉醬 2湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
糖 1湯匙
Ingredients:
Eggplants 2 pieces
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Pinch of Sesame
Chopped Green Onion (as garnish)
Seasoning:
YiO Miso Sesame Sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
做法:
- 預熱焗爐180度。茄子洗淨.
Pre-heat oven to 180C 。Wash the Eggplant.
2.茄子去蒂,對切,輕輕劃出格子狀。
Remove the ends of the eggplants. Slice them in half lengthwise, score the inside in small squares by knife.
- 茄子表面塗上一層橄欖油。
Brush with olive oil over the flesh.
- 放入焗爐以180度焗10分鐘。
Bake the eggplants in oven for 10 minutes at 180C.
- 所有調味料拌勻
Mix in all seasonings as sauce.
- 取出茄子,在茄子表面塗上調味料。
Brush the sauce on top of each eggplant
- 再放入焗爐以180度焗8-15分鐘或至表面微焦。
Bake in the oven again for 8-15 minutes until starting to brown and eggplants are tender.
- 茄子上碟,灑上芝麻粒和蔥花即可。
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top and serve hot.
Tips: 用刀?介開茄子肉可容易至茄子軟身和更易吸收醬汁的味道。
Use the knife lightly score the eggplants helps to shorten the baking time and the eggplant absorb more sauce to make it more favorable.
