呢部刨冰機用乾電池,去picnic 或沙灘都可以自製刨冰不求人??
材料 (2人份量):
冰成份:
蕃茄 1個 (連皮切粒)
青瓜 20克 (去籽後切粒,留一匙羹作裝飾)
紫洋蔥10克
紅椒 10克
蒜頭 1/2粒
羅勒2-3 片
初榨橄欖油 Extra Virgin Olive oil 2大匙
水 25毫升
幼鹽、黑椒少許,視個人口味調整
其他材料
西瓜 120克
做法:
準備:
- 將蕃茄、青瓜、紫洋蔥、紅椒、蒜頭,羅勒及初榨橄欖油放入攪拌機攪拌至順滑。
- 加入幼鹽及黑胡椒調味。
- 倒入冰粒模中,放冰箱冷藏至少兩小時冷卻成冰
- 西瓜去籽切小塊,放入攪拌機攪拌至順滑後將西瓜汁放入雪櫃冷藏。
製作:
5.把西瓜汁倒入杯中
6.取出蕃茄冰刨碎,放入杯
7。 加上青瓜粒及羅勒裝飾,立即享用。
Watermelon Gazpacho
Ingredients (Serve 2):
120g Watermelon
1 Tomato (Cut into cubes)
20g Cucumber (Cut into cubes and keep spoonful as garnish)
10g Purple Onion
1/2 clove Garlic
2-3 pieces Sweet Basil
2 tbsp Extra Vargin Olive oil
20ml Water
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Direction
- Deseed the watermelon, cut into small pieces, use a blender to bend till smooth. Put in fringe to keep chill
- put the tomato , cucumber, onion, garlic, basil and olive oil into the blender, blend till smooth.
- seasoning with salt and pepper.
- put into the ice cube mould , freeze for at least two hour.
- Take out the tomato ice cube and out them into the ice shaver
6 Shave the tomato ice cube into a glass. Top with the water melon juice
7 Garnish with the cucumber and basil.
