Course Information:

-Our Tutor will demonstrate and teach the technique of making snowskin mooncake and how to make Japanese Wagashi mooncake without mooncake mold.

-As the mung beans filling need time to prepare, our chef will be prepared in advance.

-Students could bring total 6 pieces mooncakes (45g/each). We will prepare a very nice mooncake box. You could share your delicious mooncakes with your friends and family.
