《是拉差柚子焗雞翼》?
Yuzu Honey Sriracha Baked Chicken Wings

份量: 2人
材料:
雞翼 8隻
是拉差醬 2-3 湯匙
柚子鹽 1/2茶匙
紹興酒 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
油 2茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
柚子蜜 2湯匙
Ingredients:
Chicken Wing 8 pieces
Sriracha 2-3 tbsp
Salt 1⁄2 tsp
Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Pinch of White Pepper Powder Yuzu Honey 2 tbsp
做法:
- 預熱焗爐至 180度。洗淨雞翼
Preheat oven to 180°C. Wash chicken wings
- 用廚房紙抹乾雞翼水分。
Pat dry the chicken wings with kitchen towels.
- 將柚子鹽、胡椒粉、紹興酒、糖、是拉差醬及油與雞翼拌勻,醃20 分鐘。
Marinate the chicken wings with yuzu salt, white pepper, Shaoxing wine, sugar, Sriracha and oil for 20
minutes.
- 焗盤鋪上錫紙,把雞翼平均放到已掃油的燒烤架上,再掃上碗上餘下的醃料。
Line the baking tray with tin foil , spraying the rack with oil. Place wings onto the rack. Brush wings
with the remaining Sriracha sauce from the bowl.
- 放入焗爐180度焗8分鐘。
Bake in oven for 8 minutes at 180C.
- 把雞翼翻轉焗5分鐘。
Turn wings and continue bake for 5 minutes.
- 柚子蜜加 2 茶匙水拌勻,掃上雞翼
Mix well yuzu honey with 2 tsp water, brush on the wings.
- 以200度焗 3-5分鐘,或直至表面金黃色。 Bake 3-5 minutes at 200C or until golden brown.
?Tips 將油掃上烤架,避免雞翼黏著烤架以容易清洗。
Make clean up easier by wrapping the baking tray in foil, then spraying the rack with oil.
❗冇柚子鹽用海鹽代替都可以
