-Our Chef will demonstrate and teach the technique of making oil and water pastry skin.
-How to stuff the filling
-Learn the technique of making the egg yolk puff
-Learn the technique of making the hydrangea macrophylla Puff
-How to make mochi

- Students could bring 3 pieces of each flavors( 2 flavors), total 6 pieces. We will prepare a very nice mooncake box. You could share your delicious mooncakes with your friends and family.
