This Vegan mooncake with high fibre and with natural sweet, no preservative and additives. We will use the Canada organic maple syrup ( Low GI), use the vegetable oil to substitute lard and butter. The mooncake fillings have goji berries, dried figs, blueberries and mixed nuts ( includes pumpkin seeds, walnut, flax seeds and sesame seeds ), these ingredients are healthy and good for health.

Our Chef will demonstrate and teach the technique of making two mooncake filling and how to make the mooncake pastry.

-This course include chef demonstration and practical session.

-Students could bring 4 pieces of each flavors( 2 flavors), total 8 pieces (50g/each). We will prepare a very nice mooncake box. You could share your delicious mooncakes with your friends and family.

-Support environmental protection, suggest students bring their own food box (please specify if you bring your own food box, can enjoy $10 discount)
