-Our Chef will demonstrate and teach the technique of making two mooncake filling and how to make the mooncake pastry.

-This course include chef demonstration and practical session

-Students could bring 4 pieces of each flavors( 2 flavors), total 8 pieces (50g/each). We will prepare a very nice mooncake box. You could share your delicious mooncakes with your friends and family.

-Support environmental protection, suggest students bring their own food box (please specify if you bring your own food box, can enjoy $10 discount)
